How do I order an artwork from the Limited Editions or Image Gallery Collection? Simply pick the size and media, fill in details on the order form of the artwork you would like and click on the order button. We will receive your order via email and contact you to complete the order. Alternatively call us on +612 (02) 9958 0525 to order over the phone.              

How do I see what the artwork will look like in my space? Email Look Images a jpeg file of the space you would like to see the image in - select an artwork from the Limited Editions range or Image gallery and we will impose the image to fit the space. This will then be emailed back to you.

Do you deliver outside the Australia? Yes, all over the world. Contact us for a quote on shipping as it will vary depending on the weight and size of the product as well as the destination.   

Do you do gift vouchers? Yes, if you wish to purchase a gift voucher please email info@lookimages.com.au or phone +612 (02) 9958 0525 with your request. 

How do you print the images? We tested the very best suppliers. Using different supplier for each option – all of whom are experts in their field. 

What is the quality of the Canvas Prints? Canvas artworks are easy to find now, but not many are well printed or well finished. Our printer uses the highest quality inks and giclée printing technique. Giclées are superior to litho print and perfect for fine art; they are extremely high-resolution and almost continuous tone, rather than tiny dots.  The range of colours is far greater and brighter and details are crisper.       

What is the quality of the framing? We use professional framers who stretch the canvas to deep based 40mm wooden frames and use 2 hangers to ensure ease of hanging and prevent the frames going skew on the wall.

Can I have my picture a different size, shape or media option? Yes, the layouts and sizes we’ve chosen to offer are only suggestions. Please let us know what you’d prefer and we’ll send you a quote.      

Can you make a picture form one of my images? Yes, please contact Look Images to discuss the details. For 'This is Your Life', 'People Art' and 'Pet Art' designs we use all you own images and enhance them to make the artwork of your size. Simply send in your images to Look Images in any format, negative, slide, print, digital, medium or large format. We can then print them onto any media of your choice and adjust the colours to suit your brief.
