Terms and Conditions:
Delivery time for Australian orders is stated as 7 working days from completion of production, although we do try to fulfil orders more quickly if possible. Delivery times for international orders will be confirmed upon receipt of order. All goods will be despatched via our secure courier. Goods will not be despatched until full payment has been received for each order. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.  

Copyright: All images on this site are the copyright of Look Images Pty Ltd. Reproduction, use, distribution or manipulation of these images is not permitted without written agreement. Each image is one of 25, but we might use an image as part of a promotional campaign or as examples in our portfolio – this is at Look Images discretion.  

Colour Management: Occasionally there may be slight variations of colour from images viewed via the web site to those at final print output. Colour may vary slightly as not all computer screens display the same tones.Every possible care is made to ensure that your print is an enhanced match of the images viewed in the galleries.

Refunds:Look Images will refund any product which is damaged on delivery or is found to be faulty after investigation. If the goods are found to have damage Look Images will, subject to the Statutory Right of Cancelation, repair, replace or refund the goods (at the sole discretion of Look Images). Look Images will not refund expenses for non faulty goods. If the goods are found to not be damaged, the goods will be returned to you. Look Images, reserves the right to charge you for the costs incurred in dealing with goods that are found not to be damaged. To help us process your return, goods should be accompanied by your name and contact details, the order number and the date of purchase. This will allow us to refund you correctly. Please email or telephone Look Images prior to returning goods. 
Once you have placed and order and it has been confirmed by one of or consultants there is a no return, no refund policy, with the exception of faulty goods.

Cancelations:It is required that cancelations are placed prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed by one off our sales consultants there is a non cancelation, non refund policy as each order is a one of and made specifically for the customer. Customers should note that by buying the product they are accepting the terms of the product guarantee and the terms and conditions of Look Images. 

Look Images Pty Ltd has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained herein is accurate at the time of printing. However information should be verified with Look Images Pty. Ltd or its authorised distributors prior to orders being placed. Each design shown is subject to copyright. The creation of any similar design which includes reproduction of substantial part of the design shown in the collection (measured by quality not quantity), without the permission of Look Images Pty Ltd, will be an infringement of the copyright in the original.
