Look Images aims to work to your budget, therefore a price is quoted for each project.
We are able to provide quick quotes for you at any time.

We aim to offer the best customer service. When an order is complete each piece is
checked over individually and carefully packed by hand to ensure it reaches you in
excellent condition.

Each Limited Edition order is one of only twenty five, made to order. Once the artwork
has sold out, the image is withdrawn from the site. 

Delivery time for Australian orders is stated as 7 working days from completion of production, although we do try to fulfil orders more quickly if possible. Delivery times for international orders will be confirmed upon receipt of order. All goods will be despatched via our secure courier. Goods will not be despatched until full payment has been received for each order.  Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Reproduction, use, distribution or manipulation of these images is not permitted without written agreement. Each image is one of 25, but we might use an image as part of a promotional campaign or as examples in our portfolio – this is at Look Images discretion.  

Product satisfaction: We want you to be entirely happy with Look Images artworks. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the printing quality, then please contact Look Images via e-mail. All enquiries must be received within 5 working days from receipt of your goods (and goods returned within 14 days of receipt). Any goods exhibiting manufacturing defects will be replaced without argument. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Colour Management: Occasionally there may be slight variations of colour from images viewed via the web site to those at final print output. Colour may vary slightly as not all computer screens display the same tones. Every possible care is made to ensure that your print is an enhanced match of the images viewed in the galleries.

Refunds:Look Images will refund any product which is damaged on delivery or is found to be faulty after investigation. If the goods are found to have damage Look Images will, subject to the Statutory Right of Cancelation, repair, replace or refund the goods (at the sole discretion of Look Images). Look Images will not refund expenses for non faulty goods. If the goods are found to not be damaged, the goods will be returned to you. Look Images, reserves the right to charge you for the costs incurred in dealing with goods that are found not to be damaged. To help us process your return, goods should be accompanied by your name and contact details, the order number and the date of purchase. This will allow us to refund you correctly. Please email or telephone Look Images prior to returning goods. 

Once you have placed and order and it has been confirmed by one of or consultants there is a no return, no refund policy, with the exception of faulty goods.

Cancelations:It is required that cancelations are placed prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed by one of our sales consultants there is a non cancelation, non refund policy as each order is a one of and made specifically for the customer.
